Peter is Founder and Director of both Mothership Collective and of Executive Empowerment Pty. Ltd.
Mothership Collective invests in, mentors, and supports Startups in all aspects of the journey from conception of idea, to go-to-market success.
Executive Empowerment specialises in executive coaching and leadership development, working across various sectors including Universities, and in Legal and Financial corporations.
Peter previously spent over two decades working with large blue chip companies, including as General Manager for a top 50 ASX organisation.
Peter is a Professor of Practice in the Monash University Business School, and is a Fellow of both the Williamson Community Leadership Program, and the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Vicki Fraser
Vicki is Founder and Director of both Mothership Collective and Executive Empowerment Pty. Ltd.
Leveraging off 25 years in Victoria Police, where she reached the rank of Chief Inspector, Vicki has spent the last ten years working as an executive coach and leadership specialist in the Sports, Government, University, and Corporate sectors. She also worked in the South Pacific on an AusAid project and as an Advisor to a Minister for Police and Emergency Services.
She now applies this experience in the Start-Up arena, where she helps Founders create a dynamic business infrastructure from which they can launch their products and services.
